The RFEA's aims has been to help those leaving the Armed Forces to find and to remain in employment throughout their working lives.
Their current programmes are:

Ex Forces jobs and career advice. Access to thousands of job opportunities from employers who value ex military recruitment. - RFEA Families Programme
Advice and guidance for civilian spouses and partners of serving Armed Forces and ex-service personnel - Career Transition Partnership
Service Leavers are eligible for Career Transition Partnership (CTP) support from two years before discharge; to two years after discharge. RFEA provides the employment service within the CTP for all Service Leavers. RFEA also delivers resettlement pathways for Wounded Injured and Sick (WIS) and Early Service Leavers (ESL). - CTP Future Horizons
Resettlement support for Early Service Leavers (ESL) who leave the forces in the first four years, or leave compulsorily, within the Career Transition Partnership (CTP).
