Nubian Life Resource Centre provides for African and Caribbean older people living with complex health conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Diabetes, sensory impairment and physical disabilities.
Access to Nubian Life is either by self-application or by referral through social services, health professionals and community workers.
