Hedgerow Homecare is a domiciliary home care provider that provides care to:
- People over 65 years
- Adults with a physical disability
- People with Dementia
The services that they provide:
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Assistance with getting up and going to bed
- Prompting, assisting or administering of medication
- Assistance with maintaining hydration and nutrition
- Continence management
- Assistance with social interaction e.g. assisting someone to attend a day centre, go to church or visit friends and family
- Household management including shopping, banking, cleaning and laundry
Services are provided on the following basis:
- 24 hours /live in service
- Wake n watch
- Over night
- Monday to Friday and weekend service
- Various calls during the day
- Calls as and when as agreed with the Service User
In line with their aims and objectives, they will consult with the service user regarding their aspirations with all aspects of their care, which will be recorded in an agreed ‘Care Plan’. The care plan will detail the actual tasks which have been agreed with each individual service user. Their carers are not allowed to perform any tasks which do not appear on the Care Plan.
