What does it offer?
It provides emergency help available at the touch of a button, 24 hours, 365 days a year.
It provides peace of mind for friends and family, knowing that if there’s an emergency, Careline is always on hand.
There are no charges for the alarm equipment or the installation fee. There is a monthly charge for the Careline service.
What you need to access the service
- A phone line.
- An electric socket within six feet of the phone connection on the same wall.
What is Careline not allowed to do?
- Give you medical assistance or advice.
- Help you with any home care jobs.
How do I join?
Call us on 020 8741 4008 and we will take your details and make an appointment to install your Careline alarm equipment, show you how to operate it and do a test call.
