H&F Council cannot recommend individual home care agencies, and does not vouch for the quality of service which they currently provide.
It is important that you satisfy yourself that you will receive the service which you need, and that it will be of a high standard.
We recommend that you refer to the Care Quality Commission when deciding which home care agency to use.
They inspect home care agencies regularly and publish their inspection reports online, highlighting what an agency does well and where there is a need for improvement.
