Contact us using a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter

British Sign Language users can now contact us using InterpretersLive!

Free to use, InterpretersLive! connects BSL users with a BSL video interpreter who will relay messages to us and the customer.

You can call our services Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. The Adult Social Care and Cost-of-Living teams are available 8am to 6pm.

Outside of these hours, you can use InterpretersLive! to contact us in an emergency.

To access the service you will need:

  • a tablet, phone or computer
  • an internet connection
  • or 3G/4G/5G mobile data signal.

The service is compatible with Windows, IOS and Android platforms.
